We will do
- Define the written service scope before payment
- Separate coordination fees from provider charges
- Record agreed next steps and material changes
- Use minimum-necessary information sharing
- Escalate urgent concerns to the provider or emergency service
We will not do
- Diagnose, prescribe or interpret results as a clinician
- Guarantee hospital acceptance, outcome, price or timing
- Collect hospital medical fees as our own revenue
- Sign clinical consent on behalf of a patient
- Replace local emergency services
Record access lifecycle
The patient controls purpose, recipient and time.

A precise security promise
Expiry prevents later access through CarePath China’s controlled workflow; it cannot erase a copy already made by an authorised recipient. Technical controls must therefore work together with contractual duties, download restrictions, identity display, watermarking and audit records.

CarePath China coordinates non-clinical care pathways and cannot assess or manage emergencies.
